I am trying to run with the Hoboken Harriers two or three nights per week. The company is great and I pushed beyond what I thought I could do.

I had set a goal of 5 miles @ a 10 minute pace and blew that away and feel good this morning so i'm pretty psyched. My splits are below.
I had planned on 4 miles today, my schedule has turned out pretty tight and I may not be able to squeeze in the run until tomorrow morning, which isn't a big deal. This is a month of recovery and renewal and opting to make turkey chili and drink wine with your girlfriend should take precedence.
Lord knows that I'm going to be imposing on her enough come the Springtime racing season.
