Today's run is a recovery run after my two marathons.
Ran 3@10:30 to loosen up. It felt harder than normal. Course was "park ave" loop in Waldwick.
Weather was low 30's and windy. Shorts, long sleeve shirt, hat and running vest. Legs felt ok but my hands got cold.
I had a massage the other day and that seemed to bring out all kinds of aches and pains. I feel that recovery runs tend to make me feel like I did at the end of the last race. I definitely feel the fatigue.
